Summary of the Role
We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing & Program Manager to lead integrated marketing programs for a key client. This role combines strategic marketing planning with program management, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively across digital, content, and event channels. You will coordinate internal teams, external agencies, and client stakeholders to manage campaigns, timelines, and deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
This role is focused on B2B marketing for enterprise and life sciences clients, so experience delivering marketing campaigns in a B2B environment is essential. Life sciences or regulated industry experience is beneficial but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated B2B marketing campaigns from planning through execution and optimisation
- Translate marketing strategy and business priorities into structured campaign programs
- Develop and maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and delivery plans
- Coordinate cross-channel marketing activity across digital, content, social, and events
- Manage briefing, development, and approval of marketing assets and creative collateral
- Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and materials
- Coordinate internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and platform partners
- Support website updates, social media content, and digital campaign execution
- Coordinate earned and paid media activity along with the PR agency, including advertising assets and sponsored content
- Support planning and delivery of industry events, sponsorships, and marketing materials
- Track campaign progress, identify risks or dependencies, and maintain clear stakeholder communication
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting, insights, and optimisation recommendations
- Maintain organised documentation, asset libraries, and campaign tracking systems
- Support budget tracking and campaign planning to ensure marketing activity aligns with agreed priorities
Experience & Skills
- 5–10 years B2B marketing experience, preferably in agency or client-side environments
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong project/program management and organisational skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and agencies
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Life sciences or regulated industry experience beneficial

Work Arrangements
Hybrid (on-site at client in Shannon, Ireland as required, approx. 1 day per month).
