Summary of the Role

The Marketing & Program Manager serves as the dedicated agency lead for the client, managing end-to-end strategic marketing planning, delivery, campaign execution, and cross-agency coordination. The role bridges strategy, creative production, and operational execution to ensure brand consistency, timely campaign deployment, and measurable performance across organic, paid, earned, and event channels.

This is a client-facing role responsible for translating quarterly marketing strategy into executable programs while managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and creative workflows.

Client Account Leadership

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing lead and client contact
  • Translate business priorities into structured marketing programs
  • Manage approvals, expectations, and ongoing communication
  • Lead regular status meetings and execution reviews
  • Maintain alignment between client strategy and agency delivery

Integrated Campaign Management

  • Own quarterly campaign planning, execution, and optimisation
  • Build and maintain integrated campaign calendars and trackers
  • Coordinate multi-channel rollout across organic, paid, earned, and event activity
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and resource gaps early
  • Ensure visibility across all active initiatives

Brand & Creative Program Management

  • Project manage development of brand assets and marketing collateral
  • Coordinate briefing, revisions, and approval workflows
  • Partner with Creative Director and studio teams on production timelines
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Support messaging and copy refinement when required

Marketing & Communications Execution

  • Coordinate cross-channel campaign deployment
  • Support social media messaging and content development
  • Manage website updates and owned channel publishing
  • Support press release amplification across digital platforms
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communications

Earned/Paid Media & Advertising Coordination

  • Liaise with PR agencies, media partners, and publishers
  • Manage advertising creative production timelines
  • Supply approved assets for paid media placements
  • Track campaign execution and delivery milestones
  • Support coordination of sponsored content and advertising programs

Events & Sponsorship Management

  • Research and evaluate industry event opportunities
  • Secure sponsorship placements and participation packages
  • Coordinate event marketing materials and creative assets
  • Support presentation and booth design builds workflows
  • Manage event timelines and deliverables

Vendor & Agency Coordination

  • Coordinate external agencies, platform partners, and suppliers
  • Manage merchandise sourcing and procurement workflows
  • Oversee print production and asset delivery
  • Maintain vendor timelines and communication

Budget & Planning Oversight

  • Build quarterly marketing budget proposals
  • Tracks spend against approved plans
  • Support forecasting and financial visibility
  • Align campaign execution with budget parameters

Operational Program Infrastructure

  • Maintain centralised project tracking systems
  • Manage deliverable documentation and asset organisation
  • Improve workflow efficiency and operational clarity
  • Ensure process discipline across campaigns

Performance Reporting & Strategic Reviews

  • Compile quarterly performance summaries
  • Present results, insights, and recommendations
  • Translate activity data into future strategy
  • Support continuous improvement across campaigns

Preferred Qualifications, Training and Experience:

Education

  • Master's degree (MBA or MSc Marketing)
  • Project/Programme certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum)
  • Or relevant work experience

Experience

7–10+ years in marketing, ideally:

  • Agency-side experience preferred
  • Or in-house within a complex multi-channel environment
