The Role

The Artwork coordinator will serve as a link between the client and the production and development departments to ensure client requirements are meet in a timely and effective manner.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Deal directly with clients, either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Create job dockets or raise support requests based on supplied client specification and issue to the production or development department.
  • Interact and utilise client software tools as required by clients.
  • Report client complaints to the quality and production departments.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
  • Perform client verifications, i.e. ensure all required information is available to complete job as requested.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Manage the administration in relation to the specific client’s account.
  • Update the quality department in relation to information, regarding client satisfaction.
  • Inform the quality and production departments of updated instructions or procedures from the client.
  • Ensure the requirements within the SLA are complied with and inform the client when delivery dates cannot be met.
  • Working to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Standards.
  • Highlighting potential issues/non-conformances to both the production and quality departments.
  • Complying with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Work Instructions as detailed on Training Records and training matrixes.
  • Updating of Quality Records, as detailed in the appropriate SOPs.
  • Comply with Perigord's centralised Global Quality Management System.



Preferred Qualifications, Training and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (B. Pharma) or master’s degree in pharmacy (M. Pharma)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in handling client interaction
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical business process outsourcing (BPO) operations
