The Co-Ordinator manages the creation and revision of artwork for Perigord’s Pharmaceutical clients. This role will involve co-ordination with the various stakeholders to maintain schedules, deliverables and quality standards to successfully deliver localised packaging.

The ideal candidate should be able to confidently communicate with customers via email, phone and face to face. The Co-ordinator should possess the ability to clarify and interpret the client’s artwork instructions for in-house production. They will be responsible for ensuring that all customer instructions are completed in a timely manner and meet regulatory standards.

The Co-ordinator will perform an agreed level of quality checks on files through various project stages. 

• Responsible for planning, organising, and tracking of packaging projects.
• Communicate regularly with various stakeholders on projects.
• Prepare hand-off material for production team according to standard operating procedures.
• Manage clarification of issues arising during production.
• Ensuring all tasks/projects are consistently completed on time and in accordance with objectives and requirements of all process stakeholders.
• Participate in regular business review meetings.
